I want to start converting some ratmen models into Basketballers in preparation for a Nuthin But Net Team.
Are there 'positionals' in the game that I would need to model differently? or are all the players generic Ratmen types?
....And I only need 5 for a full squad is that correct?

| I believe there will be positionals. In the 2nd expansion they introduced Kobolds. Six players each with different stats. |

The Ratmen team is 5 models, each with a different set of stats.
Only three are on the court at any one time.
It doesn't exactly work as in positionals (as 3 on 3 rarely does), but more as in best player to worst player.
I hope that helps. Make sure you post photos when you're done. I'd love to see them.
Cheers,
Ben.
PS. The Kobold team is different in that it has 6 players and has the ability to have four players on the court at once. This is because they are weak players in general, so need the swarm ability. They have the opportunity to play a strong game this way. Just don't get caught under someone's boot or SQUISH! |

my understanding is that all teams have 5 players, with one being the star and five being the rookie.. which ones play at which position is up to you.. the game itself is 3 on 3 and B&K states above... _________________ in this company my painting skills are limited at best.. |

If I understand you're question duttydave, you're asking whether you should use just regular Ratmen to convert or will you need something special?
The answer is you could go either way. You have one really talented player which will be your strongest, most accurate player. The other four players decline in ability. The cool thing about the Ratmen is their speed. These guys are fast across the board, enabling them to dodge around other players on their way to the hoop.
I hope that helps.
Cheers,
Ben. |

If you get above 50% right from your better half then she wants something.
