Would it be possible to send an email confirming that an order had been received?
For example, I placed an order on 21st May, paid via Paypal, yet will not know if everything is OK until the stuff arrives through my letterbox. I don't know if, when I placed the order, that it had been succesfully received by Impact.
I'm not complaining. I'm happy with the service I have received with previous orders. I just think a nice confirmation email would be the cherry on the cake.

The confirmation we've been using is the letter you get from PayPal. That letter is the same one that gets sent to us for your order.
Otherwise I'll need to figure out how to get a bot to send out something directly from Impact! as there is zero ability for me to hand type a response to every order saying that its been received.
I'll see what I can do bot wise.
We are trying to be better about emailing when packages are put into the mail ... but even that is difficult timewise since we all have fairly intense day jobs.
