From Zordana, one of the Australian Golden Demon winners.
She finally got her logo cast.
They're available to buy, but I don't know if I should put a linky here....

Why don't you put a link here and THERE?
Seriously though, it's a good looking fig. I have to say it though...metal base? blech! But other than that VERY SMALL (no pun intended) problem the mini is top notch! _________________ "I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody."

I guess Hasslefree did the green, and Eureka the casting.
I feel the same about the metal base, I have the same problem with a lot of Reaper's figs....
Still, nothing a file and an hour couldn't fix.
Oh, and the link?
It's here. _________________ Why not visit the Zlurpee Bowl website?

Can't you just glue it on a base? Then add some green stuff to cover up the base and add grass or whatever you think sutes you for your theme? _________________ Minitures. I love them. If only I could paint! |

Get a Dremel, or similar rotary tool! I hate the molded-on bases as well and wish Reaper would switch their DHL line to slotta (they won't), but ever since I started actually using the rotary tool I bought so long ago then never touched, I can't believe I waited this long! And I just got a cheap kit from Target, and it's been wonderful.
Also, I doubt the posting of a link for this figure is any sort of problem, considering that this "Non-Impact! minis" section's description on the main page reads:
| Quote: | Post your minis from other manufacturers here if you think they suit - especially the independent companies. The more we help each other, the better.

| I use a Dremel for the rough removal, then clean up with a file. Works pretty good. |

With a mini that is this small just glue it to the base and when you do your basing it will look like he is standing on it, rather then in it. _________________ Zlurpee Forums

I must be in a minority of one here, because I don't like the slotta-base design. Never have liked it. Heck, I remember when it came out, and didn't like it then. I've had more problems with slotta-bases not fitting, not staying glued, breaking, warping, or becoming lost before they are glued on, then I have ever had with other types of bases.
It's a lot harder to add a base to a figure than it is to take one off. _________________ Stephen J. Miller

| I've never had a problem with them coming off. I thick CA the fig to the base then after that dries I green stuff the slot. They never come out. |

Cyano-Acrylate. Commonly known as SuperGlue, KrazyGlue, Zap Glue, etc... _________________ Why not visit the Zlurpee Bowl website?

Yup. I buy it from an RC hobby shop. They sell generic CA in thin, medium, and thick. I use medium or thick. Zap a Gap also works. Just cost a little more.
EDIT: Not trying to be rude, but just in case, RC - Radio Control. (Cars, boats and planes.) |

I guess I do not know the terms used in modelling and painting mainly due to the fact I am allergic to most paints (in their liquid form) and tend to avoid them. _________________ Stephen J. Miller

The local hobby shop (You've been there, Lychanthrope) has a CA glue with rubber additive. Stuff is awesome, the rubber adds flex to the glue so minis can handle a little bit of knocking about without breaking apart.
It's pretty pricey, though, and I've never made it through an entire bottle of it without it going off.
