Another Spanish TalentHi Galak and folks!A new user of the spanish forum sent me a pm two nights ago, asking me for some advice for a good roster for a friendly game. He hasn't even post in the forum yet. He also gave me the link of his blog, where he puts pictures of his sculpts. I had a look at it and it surprised me a lot. I think he is talented and I told him to have a look at your amateur offer. I offered myself to told Galak about his skills and here I am. Have a look at his blog and if you are interested, I can put you in contact. His english is not the best, but at least he speaks it. http://israelgm.blogspot.com/ So, what do you think?

That's what I told him. I'm going to send him a mail tonight or tomorrow with some possible sculpts.
Let's see what Galak says, but having the approval of DArk Lord I think there isn't going to be any problem

Actually I don't approve Targeted miniatures. Norse does.
We have several new Targeted line minatures coming out before the end of the year. If he'd like to do something for us that really grabs his imagination ... loved to see it. Might I recommend that you talk to him about some of the Star Players that don't have figures and see if he'd like to take a stab at creating one of them. Make sure he understands FF scale. The other thing is making sure he understands that Impact! doesn't pay any money up front for the Targeted figures, but that if the figure is popular he'll make more money than any other company would pay for the figure (just depends on the sales). Oh and better make sure he is sculpting with material that is castable. IE ... all Green stuff, Brown Stuff, or Procreate.

So, let's make a little summarize:
1) I don't know exactly what you mean with FF scale? 28 mm. I would suggest him to take some FF miniatures and see how they are build. 2) The Star Players that haven't been done are in the TBBF. I give him a list and let's see what he does. 3) 10 copies for him and 10% of what is sold. Is that right? |

1) Yes comparing to existing figures is the best way to do it. 28mm is the scale though ... which translates to 28mm to the eye is equal to a normal 5' 10" man. 2) Yup. 3) Yes. Galak |
