I read the rules and have played around with the vassal client but I have yet to play a game against someone. Just a warning regarding my experience and maybe how slow the game will be on my end. What would be a good time for you on Sunday?

Hmmm I just remembered, I never put in that copyright thing for Tom in the client, its no biggie though! Ill try to sort that tonight
I see now they are making a new version of VASSAL so its not finished yet, its beta 6 or something but I wonder how it may effect the game. I think I read the performance is more efficient in the new version, so maybe I can add in all those cool little things that I wanted to that slowed the thing down hideously and had to be removed from the current version!!
Nice to see its being used! If it gets 1 new person into ElfBall, then its been a success as far as Im concerned!

If i ever win the lottery, Ill pay some guy to make a proper ElfBall Client, a la JavaBB

Silly, despite his name, is an excellent teacher, and a darn fine player too. I became 100% better after a few games with him (even if he looks only 5 years old!   He taught me a few things and I helped make the client!

Hmmm, I think 8:30pm in your time equates to 4:30am in my time.... its quite possible I'll be around at that time every so often but arranging it could be a pain. Maybe I'll bump into you on a sunday sometime :)
