I haven't voted yet for the reason that I just think that some time may be needed for the rosters which are already in the game to settle down and get some playing in. I love that the game allows for diversity and balance at the same time but I am concerned if we start to go down the route of roosters being developed to fit icons, however fantastic they look.
At the moment we have 17 official teams, two optional and two experimental. I just think a few weeks / months may be needed to see where on the playing spectrum all of these teams fit in. If there is a glaring weakness or a team that can be played in a totally different manner (ala Slann in Bbowl) then great, we can always add them in at a later date. But I just don't want to be adding teams in for the sake of adding them until all the ones that exist have generated some really solid data from actual playing time.
Now having said that Pat I don't want to discourage you in any way! If for example you felt compelled to make more icons then who would I be to stand in your way!

it's not a problem matt if you think than 17+4 rosters is good for EB for the moment vote NO

I don't think that it is a case of not wanting rosters imposed, after all more choice is better than less...but...I just haven't been able to play enough games to be able to give a really qualified answer as to whether we 'need' more rosters. If you are happy to keep making icons and all that you are looking for is inspiration then hey, you have my vote. But the danger is that we open up a can of worms in which people start to lobby for changes on teams that haven't played any real amount of games based on the icons that you have made. If you see what I mean...
But just think how cool a pirate team would be though hey...Harrrr!

yeah...me i have lot of ideas but the game is well balanced and more teams perhaps it's not good...
In mind for me, the next rosters are pirates (humans, orcs, gobs, ogres in the same roster why not with the galak 's chainsaw) & a team based on knights (but i don't want the same thanB.B.)

Let's for now stop at the Kobolds, Amazons, Voodoo Tribe for extra teams not in the rulebook (the Orc and Ratman teams are now being printed on an Optional rules page in the rulebook in the boxed set.)
I love the icons ... but I honestly think that for now that is enough diversity of teams.
