Designated flyerHalfling and/or Gobbo wearing old-style flying helmet and goggles, with wings (plywood/cardboard [sculpted obviously - to look like]) tied onto outstretched arms (and perhaps a tail assembly sewn onto their trousers), and perhaps a handlebar moustache.
perhaps even give them one of those hats with the little propellers on the top.
(Not trying to tread on Endzone's toes here, but then I guess they're not the first to suggest it ).

My problem with this type of player is that while he is designated he often seems to not be the guy that actually goes flying.
Definitely something to consider.
Right now there is a piece of me trying to focus Impact! Miniatures to get some critical projects resolved.
I just found out today that another FF mini company is planning to open. I have an honest concern about market oversaturation. Probably a bigger concern than necessary ... but still something I want to be aware of.
So this is not a no ... why don't you edit your sticky post and put this on the list Darkson. I'm sure a cool fig for it especially Halfling variety would be fun.

Should be noted that this very likely just be me being overcautious at this point.
Impact! has been doing well the last 4 months and we hope to see this continue ... when you look over our 5 main competitors lately ... not much has happened on the new FF figs front. So it could just be an overreaction to hearing that another all FF fig company is hoping to open. Just was more happy when we had 5 competitors ... rather than 6.
Just have so many plans and dreams for Impact! ... and I want to make sure we do the right things to make them realities.

If someone is trying to figure out what I consider the 5 competitors ... that would be Heresy, Hasslefree, Shadowforge, Grandma Wendy, Goblin Forge. Neomics would be in this list if the shipping to get their figs wasn't so prohibitive to their marketability ... (in fact I've wanted to offer Neomics for some time an offer to cast their figs in the UK and sell them through Impact! for a licencing fee on the models ... but haven't figured out a way make that offer).
In the last 4 months the only FF figs that I personally really liked that was produced by these 5 where the FF Ghouls from Andy at Heresy. The rest I purchased simply to keep my every FF figure ever made collection complete but otherwise would have passed on as they just really didn't do anything for me in terms of being must have figs.

Agreed, but then the idea that a goblin team actually come up with a plan ("we chuk u"), then screw it up seems to fit.
And for a halfling, he's probably hoping he gets checked into the stands into the tray of a hotdog seller.
Added.

I would love to see Impact branch out beyond FF minis. I mean there's a whole world of games out there and not the least of which are the Dungeon-descent-quest-crawl-scape-hiem type games.
But beyond that Sci-fi minis are always nice too. Palladium's After the Bomb RPG is a great great game that could use minis and it's popular too.
And really just making the basic fantasy villains would go far. Zombies, Vampires, Skeletons, Orcs, Goblins, Were-things (great with ATB and TMNT).
Battlelore is popular, as is Carcassone (which could really use some minis!), Arkham Horror, Marvelscape and Mutants & Masterminds! Loads of minis possiblities there too.
I know it's hard to believe but there's more to gaming than fantasy football.

Nice one Darkson you get the idea credit for that...MWA-HA-HA-HAAA!
Don't worry about the toes! Look at the halfling FF mini's...spot something similar?!!

if this flyer idea ever gets off the ground (he he he)
I like to request (at least with the halfling) to have him sport a long style bicycle helmet and skin tight spandex one piece (big bellie and all) for better air flow striking a kool flying pose (think superman).
I know off 2 people who'll buy that in second
on a sidenote
In the league I'm in it always the same stunties that get thrown. they become scary good at it
