Elfball rulebookJust thought I'd so off the full sized Elfball booklets I printed off on my printer, they look pretty good if I do say so myself.

My bro-in-law took his and cut it up and put it in a three ring binder with transparent sleeves.

When you can only print one page at a time, that's what you have to do, that's what I had to do with printed rulebooks before.
Printing them off as a full-sized booklet works much better, lighter and easier to transport around than a thick binder (but that's just my opinion).

I've taken to printing them half size and putting them in an A5 binder. A very handy size.

I've printed the half size FF book, but if I'm tired I need my reading glasses to read the small print!

Unfortunately most people don't have printers that can print on 11x17" paper so have to do the half size booklet.
It's too bad Tom doesn't have one to make full sized booklets to go in the game boxes. It would also be nice if Impact could afford to get professional boxes printed up as well, but can't have everything.
Maybe some day.

I like the pizza box. Much sturdier than many other games out there.

We need $50000 in order to create a box more like you'd see in Toys 'R Us ... so I'm not sure if we'll hit a point that that investment will make sense ... we'll see.
We'll see if the pizza boxes cost us or not review-wise. Two different game review sites asked to review Elfball so we'll see what happens with their reviews.
One was the Dice Tower and the other was Drake's Flames.

I liked the pizza box. It is durable as heck!
That said, a snazzy looking regular box would be nice too.
I assume the more you have printed the lower the price per box, eh?
Have you thought about getting Elfball on shelves in places like Go! Games, or Gamer's Paradise? How many sets of Carcasonne are printed every year? Surely you could sell as many Elfball boxes as they do?
