GenCon Swag contest results5 people made it to round 2:
Sturmjarl
Jonny_P
Stout Youngblood
Arabin
Xtreme
Interestingly enough they all did it with the same 2 miniature picks ... Beer Garden Beauty and Limited Edition Football Frogman.
Since only 5 made it the 2nd round ... I'll be hooking up all 5 of them with something special for entering the contest and making it to round 2.
The top 10 selling miniatures for us at GenCon were (in order from 1st to 10th best):
Tied 1st & 2nd: Gnoll Hunter and Gnoll Safety (we sold 8 Gnoll Elfball teams during GenCon)
Tied 3rd & 4th: Thoth Midfielder and Limited Edition Football Frogman
Tied 5th & 6th: Divine Wind Midfielder and Deadling Werepoodle
7th: Anubis Thrower
Tied 8th, 9th & 10th: Bast Striker, Nekhbet Midfielder, Beer Garden Beauty
Now I need to go tally the 5 second round scores.

Woot! Thanks for running this fun little contest. It's a great idea.
I will know better next time, not to trust a Hired Gun Wizard :)
Thanks again.

As long as she plays Fantasy Football games with me I'm happy!
Looking forward to the Goblin Commentator Tom. For whatever reason, I didn't pick him up in my last order so now I'm glad to have him! Thanks!

have to say i really like them, as with the divine wind, they suffer from a bad paintjob, i bought the divine wind to show they can look decent with an average paintjob, so i also have the gnolls, I still got one gnoll 80% painted, but they are really nice minis

I had a friend pick up Elfball for me at GenCon. I chose Gnolls and Black Widows as our first two teams. Okay, I have to be honest, my daughter picked out the teams.

Woohoo, I didn't think I had a chance. I guess a couple lucky guesses can carry you to free minis.

Unreal , I've had a Valk Team for like 5 years that I've just about finished up. First "new rules" makes me do 4 more linewomen ( I know...I'm a bit "obsessive" with all possible figs ) Had converted my own Snow troll as an ogre/minotaur years ago so I reluctantly ignored the Impact troll. Had been waiting YEARS for Phil to release those Wolfmen greens and finished those. Literally JUST finished a converted "special Player" troll last week!! BUT.... Now I HAVE to do a new Trolless along with a new thrower. Not complaining (FANTASTIC FIG!!)but I'll never finish this team
Seriously though
Thanks Tom

I'm waiting to see your paint job as I was one of the people to buy this team, along with the Deadlings and the Pharoahs teams.

Actually, the sculpts aren't the best (imo), with or without the paintjob - especially the long-jumper.

I forgot about the Beeer Garden Beauty.
What was I thinking ?
gah.
congrats guys.
As for the Gnolls. I don't think a ton of the figs either (from looking at pictures - I have not seen one in person), but the team is rock solid. It may have gotten purchases based of that fact.
