That Evil Eye Defense is a nasty special ability for that figure.
Is that real Heroscape or a home-brewed one? I know Ebay is filled with homebrewed Heroscape cards.

That is a Wave 8 preview.
It is a nasty ability especially considering most range attacks are 2 and 3 dice vs. his 4 defense. I can see him teamed with my Samurai and Raelin for some fun times tho. 
But 4 Defense and 4 life isn't great. It's not bad...but on a 100 pt Unique Hero it ain't great either. I think in Melee he would be shredded by Agent Carr or someone like that.
