Order delays?Hi,
I placed an order in the UK on the 29th July and have not even had an order posted email. Is there a delay on getting orders out from the UK at the moment?

Gavin shipped out orders made from July 24th through August 1st on August 2nd.
Orders from August 3rd to August 15th are going out on Monday.
As for getting an email when the order is shipped. That is not automated and while I'm doing my best to try to do that ... it is still a very manual process that sometimes does not occur. Apologies.

Your order at the lastest should have shipped on August 2nd.

Got my order today thanks, although one bit was wrong, is it possible to get the right piece sent out? I got a Head, Torso, 2 Shoulder Pads sprue instead of a Basic Arms Sprue.

Send email to Impact! and let me know what the problem was and we'll get it fixed. Forums and PMs are really a bad way to accurately handle business.
