Question regarding larger figures (prep for casting, maybe?)

I have an idea for a fig I want to make - it would be a larger figure, like a big guy.

So I'm wondering what needs to be done to ensure it is castable?

I already know that painting it is right out, and using plasticard is questionable due to temperatures.  But what about the multi-part issue?  Should I sculpt it in one piece and have the caster lop it into smaller pieces, or should I make it in several pieces?

If it's the latter, should I sculpt the runners for the sprue as well?

Thanks!

use a sturdy wire base and sculpt in green, brown stuff or procreate..

if I were you I would not try to sculpt multi-part, let the caster do that for you..
