The little gobbo who triedHi,
This is a little gobbo player I've been working on. I'm quite happy with him so far, though there are a few things I'm going to rework or neaten up. I'm going to skin the upper back, neaten up the neck, add the thumb, toes on the right foot and the remaining missing toenails on both feet. I'm also going to add the last stitch on the ball, which is missing at the moment because the pose used to be slightly different.
I'm not too sure whether I should carry on with the shorts as they are, go further and add kneepads too, replace the existing ones with some normal shorts or go for the traditional old loincloth. Also, I'm umming and ahhing about whether he should have ears or a helmet. I'm leaning towards ears, but I'm thinking it might have too little FF flavour to it.
Everything else is pretty much to my satisfaction so far, but I would seriously consider any comments regarding changes that could be made.
I'd also like to apologise for the pic quality and perhaps the size. These are pretty quick snaps with no editing apart from the crop, since this comp only has paint.
I'd appreciate any comments or thoughts about the little guy, even a different name (I'm working on another gobbo I'm tentatively naming takul, thus blokk).
So enough waffle, here are the pics:

I like him! I think he has got character, though, one thing that I would suggest is to beef up his legs a little, especially when compared to his arms (which are about right), though I would lower his right arm a little, the shoulder looks a little high for me, but hope Im not negative, I like what you have done
Keep us updated! Its looking great so far!
If you cant decide over ears or a helmet, do both and the customers can choose!

maybe also a tightened belt to pick out the point where the trousers end and his tummy begins as well
Though please wait for others to scomment, dont be acting on my advice alone! :D

looks pretty nice so far. I like the legs very much. Is he going to have a shirt or something? both parts of the shoulders that connect the arm to the torso looks a bit odd in the photo and the gobbo looks a bit too top heavy, but other than that its lovely.

Looks good.
Go Shorts, add kneepads, and a shoulderpad.
No helmet, go ears.
