I was just browsing through the website and I have some suggestions.

- In your targeted impact area. There are alot of options for the beer barrels/ garden beauties. So many in fact that the deadlings get lost in the mix. Shouldn't this page just show the basic miniatures availiable and all the options be placed in the team deals page? perhaps with a link in the description showing that there are options availiable in the team deals section.
- Actually, a link in the description for every mini availiable as part of a team deal might be a good idea. "This figure can also be purchased as part of a team deal"
- The sprues availiable under phils figs should be moved to the conversion sprues section. I know you have mentioned that these are your worst selling item, It may in part be because they are buried at the bottom of a very long list of minis.
- Have one of your many talented sculpters/painters create a mini using just the conversion sprues availiable on your site. Help people visualize what can be done.
- There is blank space availiable on the right frame your site under the login. Use this space to advertise new items, or even a random figure picture everytime the page is refreshed, Encourage the impulse buys...

Just some thoughts on how to get people looking where you want them to...

I like this idea and I'll work on making this happen.

Yes ... well ... what I might do is give each one of those a CS_ part number as well. We are under a licensing contract with Phil on his range so I have to have them there. But they could be double listed on the site. I'll work on this as well.

I would love to do this ... I have some minor issues though. The almighty Workshop that produces lines of Games insists that they own the image of their miniatures even AFTER you purchase the miniature. Technically according to them ... they have the right if they wanted to shut down every Ebay auction that actually has a picture of one of their miniatures. And they have this nasty habit of popping up and stating this to companies out of the blue. Most recently they went after Figures in Comfort for using their miniatures inside of their carrying cases and forced them to remove those images from their site. Do they actually have a legal leg to stand on with this ... I've been told them might ... this gets into a really wierd part of legal issues. For example they purchased some water slide decals from another company and used miniatures that had them on them in one of their pictures for a campaign battle shown in the magazine of the Dwarf who is White. That company threw a fit and said that if this company was going to not allow their minis to be in other company's ads then they were going to sue them for infrigement for using their decals in an picture in a paid for publication. Like I said this is a mess.

SSSSSooooo .... I agree with this point ... however ... I'll also tell you that this point could very quickly get us an email telling us that we've done a bad thing and need to spot. So it is on the list of things that I think make sense to do ... just not a huge hurry to get there.

A product of our web design partner leaving Impact! last year. I've tried to put things in that space and failed with every attempt ... I just don't know enough web coding to figure it out.

I wasn't clear enough...
Using Phil's sprues, your sprues and some pro create it would be possible to create a unique custom mini from scratch. No trademark issues at all.

I'm not sure that Phil's MPH figures and our conversion sprues are exactly the same scale. I could try it ... but I'm not positive it would work.

Gee, I wonder where this could've been suggested before? ;) Heh, just kidding... But since I picked up parts for one multi-part human during the Christmas sale, I'm pleased to see that it looks better in person then the parts do on the sprue in the pictures -- although I still don't think it's great, necessarily, when compared to Phil's best work. If I ever get around to actually putting it together and painting it, though, you'd be more than welcome to use a pic if you wished.
