Well, there were plenty of non-electronic signs around too. I don't consider it great behavior, but I don't think it seriously endangered anyone either.

I was only kidding in any case, though I don't know that "Hacker" is the correct term. The computers weren't networked, they were just attached to the sign. The vandals walked up, jimmied open the door and typed in a new message. I'd lay good odds that the password was simple or was written down inside case protecting the computer.
Funny and very creative, though.
