I think a whistle rather than a cigar or eyestalk would be better - otherwise doesn't really say "ref" to me. With a cigar, I see it more as a "coach" figure.

I have some other work to do, and I'm going to Florida next week, so I might get one more in before then. If I do it will be a Razorback with wooden wings strapped to his arms suggested by Miyuso.
