I was thinking of putting together an evil stunty team with razorbacks and gnolls, and could use a big mean cow on the team.

Off topic (no ball game), but for fun you may want to have a look here. :)

Anyway, if you want to do cowriders, Foundry has several varieties of cows I believe and there are also cows for the game battle cattle (though those come with heavy ordnance).
